The hotel's position was unbeatable and comfy, in a seedy part of town. The staff was very friendly and respectful and always on disposal. The room we booked was beautifully maintained with the bathtub and the bathroom and refrigerators.

We chose best for the price. A getaway for my birthday. We also chose them because they were pet friendly. (We have a small dog) For the price it's great. If anyone wants luxury they will be paying $100-$200 more. Everything we needed was in walking distance. We also found the nature parks quite moving. For a pair of seniors it was not bad at all.
The ac might need some work before next Summer. For now it was sufficiant. But this wont make it in real Florida heat.

I took a king room with the bathroom, refrigerators and the bathtub. There where a microwave and a refrigerator. It was in an unbeatable and comfy location really close to the downtown, and both Tampa and Orlando for Busch Gardens and Disneyworld: )

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the location was marvelous, in a nice part of town. Everything in the hotel was brand-new. Our room was well-maintained and had a refrigerator and bathtub, which was great.

The hotel provided great prices. The property was located short walk to shopping Centers and many nice restaurants actually many within walking distance, all the restaurants and stores, and downtown. It was in a perfect and good location in a nice part of town. We had lunch in Steak 'n Shake, located nearby.

Truly enjoyed the standard double room I had with the bathroom, refrigerators plus the bathtub. The setting was absolutely perfect and favourable, very close to shopping Centers and many nice restaurants actually many within walking distance and stores and restaurants. All the staff was fabulously friendly, solved my issues.
